If you’re a first-time homebuyer, or have never purchased a new construction home before, you may have some questions about the process. Here are some of the most frequent questions we get, along with helpful answers.
What is the process to build a Breland Home?
We pride ourselves on making building a new home an easy and enjoyable experience. We have established a proven process that allows you to trust that your home is monitored and inspected daily while under construction, and stays on schedule. Our onsite agent would be happy to speak with you in more detail about the Breland building process or any other questions you may have.
Can Breland Homes make modifications to floor plans?
In order for us to provide you with the best value we have had many professionals review each plan to maximize liveability and functionality. With that in mind, you are welcome to ask our sales agent if you have a specific question concerning a modification.
Does Breland Homes use subcontractors? Are they licensed?
We partner with many different vendors, trades and subcontractors that are all licensed and insured, to ensure you receive the best combination of quality and value in your new home.
Will I be able to customize the amenities in my home?
We offer a wide range of the most current design elements to allow you to customize your home, and showcase your own personal style.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every customer receives a one-year limited warranty, two-year systems warranty and 10-year structural warranty when purchasing a Breland Home. This warranty is provided through Centricity®.
Does the builder pay any closing costs?
Yes! Breland Homes has several Mortgage Service Providers we work with to provide the most competitive mortgage rates and programs, as well as customer service and on-time closings. Breland Homes will pay up to 2% in Florida and 1.5% in Alabama of the purchase price with one of our Mortgage Service Providers.
